Cancellations

We kindly ask that cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to your appointment time. Cancellations within 48 hours are responsible to pay for 50% of their service total. Appointments that are over 15 minutes late without notifying us prior to appointment time will be cancelled and treated as a no show. No shows will be required to pay 100% of the service price that was booked. Thank you for understanding and complying with our policy.  All deposits will be non-transferable if appointment is no-showed or canceled beyond the 48 hour policy. Refunds & Returns

We do not offer any refunds on haircuts, hair color, or hair extensions. Hair care can be exchanged within 30 for a product with equal or lesser value. Should your outcome not match what your expectations are, we are happy to make minor adjustments within 7 days of the original service with the stylists who performed the service. Adjustments that alter the original service date of the 7 days will be required to pay a quoted amount by salon. If we are needing to fix or slightly adjust something that will be complimentary.

Children & Guest

We love your friends and your littles even more, however with the space we can not accommodate guests not getting serviced. Having chemicals, hot tools, and sharp objects we can not risk the safety of others. We love hearing stories and watching them grow but safety is our priority. We appreciate you complying and understanding our policy. Clients who bring children to their appointment will kindly be asked to reschedule and a late fee will apply.

Photography 

By booking an appointment at our salon, you are consenting for your photos/videos to be used on social media, advertising and for educational purposes.
